Homeowner Limited Warranty

Cali Greens Construction provides its Cali Greens customers with a Limited Warranty that covers certain areas of workmanship and materials. You will receive your limited warranty when you close on your new Cali Greens Construction home.

To get service under your Limited Warranty, please email us at customerservice@caligreensconstruction.com. The request for service must be received before the expiration of your one-year warranty. The request for service should also indicate reasonable times during which you will be available at your home so we can schedule the appropriate warranty work.
