Homeowner Limited Warranty

South Kendall Construction Company provides its customers who build a new home in Keys Gate with a Limited Warranty that covers certain areas of workmanship and materials. You will receive your limited warranty when you close on your new South Kendall Construction home. To view a sample of the warranty, click here.

To get service under your Limited Warranty, please email us at customerservice@southkendall.net or complete the Limited Warranty Customer Service Form. The request for service must be received before the expiration of your one-year warranty. The request for service should also indicate reasonable times during which you will be available at your home so we can schedule the appropriate warranty work.
