Throughout all of Keys Gate special attention has been given to security and privacy with 24-hour patrols and gate pass entrances to each neighborhood.

The Keys Gate Community Association was formed to uphold the highest standards for our residents. Miami Management Inc., one of Florida's largest property management companies, was selected by our homeowner association to maintain the appearance of all common areas within Keys Gate, including landscaping, clubhouses, guardhouses and entryways and the tennis center. They also manage the community's cable and security. The Keys Gate management office can be reached at 305-230-0616 or via fax at 305-230-0676. The offices hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The Keys Gate Community Association is governed by its board of directors. The association's President, Kim Green, meets Regularly with the Delegates of each Keys Gate neighborhood, along with the neighborhood's property manager.
